Peaksy Tourist Restaurant LLC, located in the vibrant Yas Bay, Yas Island – Abu Dhabi, is urgently hiring 2 experienced Hostesses to join our front-of-house team.

We are looking for confident, well-presented, and customer-focused individuals who can create an outstanding first impression and manage guest flow professionally in a fast-paced dining environment.

? Key Responsibilities

? Guest Reception & Welcome

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Escort guests to their assigned tables
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere

? Reservation & Table Management

• Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently
• Maintain organized seating plans
• Handle waiting lists during peak hours
• Optimize table turnover without compromising guest comfort

? Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate with service staff for smooth operations
• Communicate special guest requests clearly
• Maintain accurate guest information records

? Customer Service Excellence

• Address guest inquiries politely
• Ensure guest satisfaction from entry to exit
• Maintain professional appearance and positive body language

? Mandatory Requirements (Strictly Enforced)

? Prior UAE restaurant experience is compulsory

? Must be currently inside the UAE

? Immediate availability required

? Excellent English communication skills

? Pleasant personality & professional grooming

? Ability to handle busy dining hours

? Strong customer service orientation
