• Assist chefs in preparing ingredients (cutting, washing, portioning)
• Support cooking operations during busy service hours
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations and equipment
• Wash utensils, pots, and kitchen tools as required
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Help with food storage and labeling
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain organized kitchen areas
• Support daily mise en place preparation

? Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a kitchen helper, commis assistant, or kitchen assistant preferred
