This role requires a strong background in Food & Beverage and hospitality operations, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events that deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

? Key Responsibilities

? Event Planning & Execution

• Plan, organize, and execute private & corporate events
• Develop event concepts aligned with venue branding
• Coordinate event timelines and logistics
• Oversee event setup and breakdown

? Client Relationship Management

• Communicate with clients to understand event requirements
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction
• Build long-term client relationships

? F&B Coordination

• Collaborate with chefs and bar managers for customized menus
• Plan beverage packages and service styles
• Ensure smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams

? Budget & Revenue Management

• Manage event budgets and cost control
• Achieve event revenue targets
• Monitor profitability and upselling opportunities

? Team Leadership

• Supervise event staff during functions
• Conduct pre-event briefings
• Ensure high service standards and professional presentation

? Mandatory Requirements

? Proven experience as Event Manager in F&B / Hospitality industry

? Strong knowledge of restaurant and event operations

? Immediate availability preferred

? Excellent communication & negotiation skills

? Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

? Strong organizational and leadership skills

? Experience handling VIP and corporate clients
